• The Portal is hosted and maintained centrally. Support for the portal is free.

User Authentication:
In order to protect the privacy and security of your information. You will not be able to see your study’s images or report until you are Authenticated. To do so you must do the following:

• Go to the radiology facility where you performed the study and ask them to Authenticate you. You will need a government issued photo ID. Make sure you know your XRAYLINE user name with which you registered online.
  To avoid an extra trip:
  • When you make your appointment over the phone for your radiology study, ask them for their XRAYLINE Facility Confirmation Phrase that will allow you to register online.
  • When you arrive for your radiology study, ask them to Authenticate you for your XRAYLINE online account, make sure you have a government issued photo ID, and that your know your XRAYLINE user name with which you registered online.
